Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to ensure your equipment meets your professional gardening needs.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free of any damage, wear, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Spares & Equipment that have been opened or used
  • Gasoline-powered equipment that has had fuel added
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Products missing serial numbers or security tags

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item:
